  34. I have the same problem. Try just turning the modem off then on again if it is 
  35. an external modem. Replacing the ROM has not helped. I am using th 04/18/95 
  36. ROM and have replaced it as well. Keating Technologies is the USR tech support 
  37. for Canada. They are in the Toronto area.
